These Terms of Use (hereinafter the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the RPGFitness application (hereinafter the “Service” or the “Application”). By creating an account or using the Service, you unreservedly accept these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the Service.
1. Purpose
RPGFitness is a gamified fitness application that turns your workout sessions into a role-playing game (RPG) style experience: earning experience, character progression, gear collection, and challenges. These Terms define the conditions under which you are permitted to use the Service.
2. Acceptance of the Terms
Use of the Service implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms. We invite you to review them regularly, as they may be amended in accordance with Article 11.
3. Account Creation and Management
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep it up to date.
You are solely responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities carried out from your account. You must notify us without delay of any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of its security, at the address indicated in Article 13.
Use of the Service is reserved for individuals aged 16 or older, or for minors who have obtained the consent of their legal representative.
4. Content and Intellectual Property
All elements of the Service — text, images, quests, progression systems, graphic elements, trademarks, and logos — are the exclusive property of RPGFitness or its licensors, and are protected by intellectual property law.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use the Service strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes. You are not permitted to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, decompile, or extract all or part of the Service’s content without prior written authorization.
5. User Conduct
By using RPGFitness, you agree not to:
- Share illegal, offensive, defamatory, or misleading content;
- Impersonate a third party or attempt to access other users’ accounts;
- Disrupt, overload, or compromise the operation, security, or integrity of the Service (introducing viruses, exploiting vulnerabilities, etc.);
- Use bots, scripts, or any other automated means to access the Service or extract data from it;
- Decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the Application’s source code, except where expressly permitted by law;
- Use the Service for commercial purposes without our prior authorization.
Any breach of these rules may result in the suspension or deletion of your account, without notice or compensation.
6. Health and Physical Activity Disclaimer

RPGFitness provides gamified training programs for informational and entertainment purposes only. This content does not constitute medical advice, a diagnosis, or a prescription of care in any way.
Before starting any training program offered by the Service, we recommend that you consult a doctor or healthcare professional, particularly if you have a pre-existing medical condition, an injury, or any doubt about your physical fitness to engage in a sporting activity.
You acknowledge that engaging in physical activity carries inherent risks (muscular, joint, cardiovascular injuries, etc.) and that you participate in the workouts offered by the Service at your own sole and entire risk. To the extent permitted by applicable law, RPGFitness shall not be held liable for injuries, accidents, aggravation of pre-existing medical conditions, or any other bodily harm resulting directly or indirectly from your participation in the activities offered by the Service.
This limitation does not exclude RPGFitness’s liability in cases of gross or intentional misconduct, or in cases where applicable law prohibits such an exclusion.
7. Service Availability
We strive to ensure the Service is accessible, but we do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted availability. The Service may be temporarily suspended for maintenance or update purposes, or for reasons beyond our control (outages, force majeure, failure of a third-party provider such as our hosting provider).
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service, at any time, with or without notice, without this giving rise to any compensation.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the extent permitted by applicable law, RPGFitness disclaims all liability for indirect or incidental damages, or for loss of data, profits, or opportunities resulting from the use of, or the inability to use, the Service.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit the rights guaranteed to you as a matter of mandatory law under the legislation applicable in your country of residence, particularly with regard to consumer protection.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and request the deletion of your account at any time (see our Privacy Policy).
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service, at our sole discretion and without notice, in the event of a breach of these Terms.
10. Personal Data
The processing of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
11. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, particularly to comply with any legal, regulatory, or technical developments. In the event of a substantial change, you will be notified via a notification within the Application or by any other appropriate means. Continued use of the Service after the changes are published constitutes acceptance of them.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by French law. Subject to the mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in your country of residence, any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution falls under the jurisdiction of the French courts, absent a prior amicable resolution.
